Crosscades has been building and customizing arcades in the Ottawa area for over a decade. After starting out by upgrading older arcade cabinets, we shifted our focus towards making something all our own. We wanted to offer a consistent product on a regular basis and the only way to do that was by doing it all ourselves.
With over 100 custom arcade machines built, we are looking forward to offering constantly evolving products for years to come.

How long does it take to build?
A custom arcade from Crosscades can take up to 3-5 weeks to build. We help you dial in your custom art so that it is high resolution and exactly the way you want it. If you are looking for an arcade immediately, send us a message and come look at our selection of already made arcade cabinets!
What art can I choose?
The options are limitless! First we start with your preferred base paint colour, then your desired trim colour. After we've chosen these options, we can move onto decals. We can recreate a classic arcade machine or invent something just for you. Our graphics team can incorporate your favourite movie, band, or characters to bring your custom machine to life!
Can you put new stickers on a cabinet I already own?
Absolutely. If you've purchased a cabinet from us and want a new style upgrade, we can re-decal it any way you'd like. We can even do complete wraps to cover your machine from top to bottom. Tired of your arcades look? Lets rebrand that cabinet and change the whole vibe.
Is there a warranty and do you offer repairs?
We offer a one year warranty and absolutely offer repairs. Crosscades will be there for you if you encounter any inconveniences. We can even upgrade your hardware down the line. The Crosscades cabinet is designed to be modular and can be utilized with any current or future hardare to keep your gaming up to date.
